These Terms are prepared in compliance with the prevailing laws of Nepal, including the E-Commerce Act, 2081 (2025), Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018), Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2006), Individual Privacy Act, 2075 (2018), and Copyright Act, 2059 (2002).

Scope of the Website

The Website allows Users to:

  • Browse and purchase interior design products such as furniture, wall panels, flooring materials, adhesives, paints, doors, windows, and related accessories.
  • View a portfolio showcasing completed interior design and construction projects. Certain projects displayed have been executed by our group company, Model Construction Pvt. Ltd.(an engineering consultancy firm under common ownership), and are presented under a formal inter-company licensing agreement to illustrate the range of interior solutions we can facilitate.

  • Projects executed by Model Construction Pvt. Ltd. are displayed under license and with full authorization.

Intellectual Property Rights

Limitation of Liability
