Shreya Interior Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”), operating at https://shreyainterior.com.np, provides this Payment & Warranty Policy to ensure clarity regarding payment methods, pricing, and product warranties.

This Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018), E-Commerce Act, 2081 (2025), and other applicable laws of Nepal.

Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the Website are in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include 13% Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment Methods

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Payment is collected in cash upon delivery of the products or can be paid with check or bank transfer.
  • In certain cases, we may send a Fonepay payment link via WhatsApp or other messaging platforms for advance or partial payment.
  • Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not completed.

Payment Security

  • For COD transactions, payment is handled directly between you and our delivery personnel.
  • Any payment links sent via WhatsApp or similar channels will use secure, authorised platforms compliant with Nepali regulations.
  • We do not store any payment card details on our servers.

Product Warranty

  • Warranties are provided only where explicitly stated.
  • Indian chairs carry a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
  • Other products are covered by warranty only if it is clearly mentioned in the product description, packaging, cover, or invoice.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household or commercial use (as applicable).
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Misuse, improper installation, or modification.
  • Damage due to external causes (e.g., moisture, pests, accidents)
  • Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture.
  • Products used beyond their intended purpose
  • To claim warranty, contact us with proof of purchase (invoice/order number) within the warranty period. We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the defective product/part.
  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection by our team.

Product Variations Disclaimer

  • Due to the nature of natural and manufactured materials (e.g., wood, fabric, laminates), slight variations in color, texture, grain, or finish may occur between website images and the actual product. Screen displays and lighting also affect perception.
  • Such variations do not constitute a defect and are not covered under warranty or return policy.
