Shreya Interior Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”), operating at https://shreyainterior.com.np, is committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions. This Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy outlines the terms for order cancellations, returns, refunds, and delivery of products.

This Policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 (2018) and E-Commerce Act, 2081 (2025) of Nepal.

Order Cancellation

We collect the following types of personal information:

a. Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched. You will receive a full refund of any amount paid (if applicable).

b. After Shipment:

If the delivery address is outside Kathmandu Valley and the product has been loaded/shipped, cancellation will incur the actual delivery charge plus 4% of the product value as a processing fee.
If the delivery address is inside Kathmandu Valley but outside the Ring Road, cancellation will incur the actual delivery charge plus 2% of the product value as a processing fee.
If the delivery address is inside Kathmandu Valley and inside the Ring Road, cancellation will incur the 2% of the product value as a processing fee.
These charges may be waived for valid reasons (e.g., incorrect order placed due to website error).

Returns & Refunds

a. Eligibility for Return: Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:

The product is damaged upon receipt
The product is materially different from the description or images on the Website, or
The product has a manufacturing defect.

b. Change of Mind or other non-valid reasons are not accepted for returns after delivery

c. The product must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition as delivered, and with all parts and tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Used flooring, used plywood, used boards
Opened adhesives or paints
Installed doors, windows, or any fittings
Any items that lose quality, usability, or performance after being installed, used, or opened

Return Process & Shipping Costs

Notify us of a return request within the eligible timeframe via email or phone.
If the defect/damage is reported within 2 day of delivery: We will arrange pickup at our expense and cover return shipping.
If reported after 2 day: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Upon receipt and verification, approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method (or bank transfer).

Shipping & Delivery

a. Delivery Areas: We deliver across Nepal.

b. Delivery Methods:

Inside Kathmandu Valley: Delivered via our own vehicles and personnel.
Outside Kathmandu Valley: Shipped via bus, truck, or partnered transportation/delivery companies.

c. Delivery Charges:

Free inside Kathmandu Ring Road.
NPR 300 outside Ring Road but within Kathmandu Valley.
Outside Kathmandu Valley: Variable depending on region, quantity, and product type. Our team will contact you to confirm the exact cost before finalizing the order.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, product size, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Risk passes to you upon delivery; inspect items immediately.
